First floor: One large 30 m² bedroom, three spacious double bedrooms, and one bathroom with toilet. A generous 30 m² landing with a cozy seating area and an additional smart TV.

Detached on over 2,000 m² of private land, the chalet offers plenty of space and privacy. A spacious parking area with EV-charging and a storage room. Landscaped borders and a garden path lead to the entrance of the chalet.
The 45 m² wooden terrace offers both privacy and beautiful open views of the mountains towards Italy. Facing south, you can enjoy the sun all day – perfect for a morning coffee, a barbecue after an active day, or relaxing on a warm summer evening.
The terrace is directly accessible from the living room through large glass doors. Two electric shade screens provide shade when needed.
